Yes, black bean brownies!
All you need is one normal ( not family sized) box of brownies. Drain a can of black beans. (a 15 oz can.) Then fill with water just to cover the beans. Puree in a blender until smooth. ( Thirty seconds to a minute.) Pour into the brownie mix and cook as instructed on the box. :) Cut into 20 pieces when done.
These are fudgy with a slight creamy texture. Simply irrisitible, plus, they are only one Weight Watcher point, so about 50-60 calories each! ( Its all those beans!!)
